In brief "Jazz Franglais" came into being after a particularly good evening of wine and food. We had visited one of the Venues on the Gig list and the owner Gilbert Feugueur's, love of Jazz provoked the idea that this would be a good place for a gig. A few days later Cecile reported that she had made contact with him with encouraging results. Panic set in, we would need more than one booking, to enable John to bring his musicians over from the UK. The J, C & R team went into action and succeeded in obtaining two more gigs - enough to break even. We hope more will follow...........watch this space!
